How do I get my medication in case of an emergency or natural disaster?
Try the phone numbers you would normally call first. If no answer, leave a message if possible. We will make every effort to be able to receive phone calls and limit mediation as the situation allows. In the event of a wide spread power outage for an extended period of time, please check with our location at Blount Memorial Hospital, (865)983-9795. This location has generator back up and should be able to meet your immediate needs.
How do I communicate with the pharmacy if I am deaf, hard of hearing or speech disabled?
You can dial 7-1-1 to reach the Tennessee Relay Center 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please note that 7-1-1 is only to be used to reach the Tennessee Relay Center. For emergencies you should continue to use 9-1-1.
